Sweet Little Maggie + Family | North Alabama Family Photographer

We shot this session in this family's beautiful backyard! It's nice to break out of the same locations every once in a while & shoot in a different place! I also happened to luck out by having this teal colored bucket in my car, because when i showed up little Maggie was dressed in a coordinating outfit to my surprise!! I love when things work out that way! :)

The Fine Print:

- Free session cannot be used towards newborn sessions, bridal sessions, or weddings
- Session is to take place within 30 miles of Huntsville Alabama (35801 zip code), although I am up for traveling for a certain price, but then it's not exactly free anymore now is it?
- Free session cannot be redeemed in place of a session that is already booked (if deposit has been paid.)
- Giveaway will be closed & all entries will be counted on Sunday, May 1st the time most convenient for me! :)
- Comments left on this blog won't count as entries, only comments left on the facebook wall will count! :)
- I will only count entries once, so if you have your mom go & post 12x that you sent her then it'll only be counted once! :)

I've got a lot of editing to do but I didn't want to be away from the blog for too long so I wanted to update a little sneak peek of the two gorgeous brides from my weddings the past two weekends! :) I can't wait to show you each of their wedding days... but that'll be a little while! :)


Regular photo sessions will start again this Saturday so be expecting some sweet new images from those to pop up as well!

Can I just go ahead and say how stinkin happy I am that the weather is warm outside & the clock has been pushed forward an hour (thanks daylight savings!!) I love the spring (minus my horrible allergies) and the sessions so far have proved to be just as lovely as I've envisioned them!

Rachel & Adam were so fun to work with & were so natural in front of the camera. We had a great time walking around Green Mountain & trying to "be fun" in the pictures, just as Rachel wanted.

This sweet little guy took some warming up before he shot me a few smiles, but once he got down and started running wild, he was hard to keep still! I loved the way the family was dressed for their session in coordinating outfits & of course i'm a sucker for the preppy look so little man's tiny boat shoes made me swoon! And might I add that this is one of the first kids this age that I've ever shot that would actually keep a hat on...!!! :)

If you want to know my secret for staying slim... it's my job. Definitely not my "day" job of sitting at a desk all day... but my photography job of chasing after cute little 2 year old boys like Jacob! This little guy kept me movin, even though he wasn't feeling 100%! Such a little trooper!
