Candace & Heath are two of my best friends, and in August they got married so I had the pleasure of taking their very first Christmas card photos! We were afraid that we wouldn't be able to find some good outdoor Christmas decorations around town w/ the feel that we wanted so I came up with the wonderful idea to just decorate our own tree! I borrowed this lovely little tree from a guy who was selling them off of County Line Rd. He let me use it for about an hour & then I took it back afterwards! It worked perfectly & now my car has a natural pine scent! :)





Chipper is such a stud. And such a perfect little model! He doesn't move an inch! :)

I had such a great time w/ Crystal & her daughter, Myah! These images turned out great & I'm glad that I could find some colorful fall leaves for Crystal, since I know that's just what she wanted! Myah enjoyed the leaves too! I think she might have snuck a few to take home with her. :)

I was so looking forward to this session with Jackie & now 3 year old, Cayman! They live in Colorado where they are stationed with the military but they're home for a few weeks to celebrate Thanksgiving w/ family & a photoshoot was definitely in order! They even brought along a photo of daddy, who is stationed in Afghanistan for a 3rd deployment! I've never witnessed such a strong military family... Jackie, I don't know how you do it & I admire you! I'm looking forward to our next session & hope that Aaron will be joining us, along with the new bundle of joy!! :)







Cayman will proudly show you his daddy photo, point out his big gun, & even demonstrate how to shoot one using a stick! :)


and he's a pretty good hugger, too!
